Warewashing
- Not Working
- Check power on
- Poor Results
- Detergent and Rinse aid containers full and connected
- Wash and Rinse jets clear
- Filters clear and in place
- If water softener installed check salt in brine or in internal container
- Machine not filling
- Check water supply is on
- Machine not draining
- Check machine has drain pump fitted and filters are clear
- Extended Wash Cycle
- Check water supply temperature
Combi Steamers
- Not Working
- Is power switched on
- If Error message is displayed note info and advise Service Support Department
- Examples:
- H2O/Water
- Check water supply is on
- Main Overload Trip
- ER1
- Is Gas supply switched on
- No IGN/GAS
- Is meat probe broken or not connected
- ERR/SP
Cooking Equipment
- Not Working
- Is power switched on
- No Ignition
- Is pilot light on, if blocked can it be cleared
- Is ignitor sparking
Refrigeration
- Not Working
- Is power switched on
- Incorrect Temperature
- Is cabinet overloaded
- Is door closed properly
- Is evaparator filter clear
